Appetizers:

We will customize appetizers to the event. They range from light to heavy, pre-set or tray passed, hot and cold, and possibly based upon a theme

Main course:

Can be served buffet style, involve food stations, or can be pre plated and served. Entrees can be plant based, ocean based or built around beef, lamb, pork, or poultry. Sometimes a food is display cooked for each guest as we do with our hot pasta bars, quesadilla bars, crepe or latkes bars.

Desserts:

Can be simple to elaborate; healthy and light to rich and decadent.
For special events I have bakers who can make custom cakes.. (one such cake was a replica of a clients special sports car). Always good to have a sweet and memorable ending.
